West Sacramento Park Restrooms Switch to Winter Hours in November

WEST SACRAMENTO — November 2, 2026. West Sacramento’s Parks Department publishes different seasonal schedules for park restrooms, with winter access running from November through February.

Restrooms close earlier in winter

The city lists park restroom hours from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. during November–February and 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. March–October. Restrooms are closed on holidays under the posted schedule.

Parks themselves use a different rule

Public parks are generally open from dawn until dusk unless a special permit allows an exception. A park’s open status is not a guarantee that a restroom, play structure or athletic field will be available.

Which locations are affected

The city maintains a directory for River Walk Park, Bryte Park, Bridgeway Lakes Community Park and many smaller facilities. Check the specific park entry and construction notices, particularly where play structures or park rentals are temporarily restricted.
